Maltese Puppies are occasionally available to show or pet homes. All pet puppies are placed with a neuter/spay contract after 12 weeks of age.
Puppies are born in my bedroom in a child's portacrib. They are moved to a playpen setting at four weeks of age. At eight weeks, they are given free play time each day in the gated kitchen with several plush puppy beds and an endless array of toys. At ten weeks, puppies are allowed to remain in the kitchen all day and are returned to their play pen in my bedroom at night which helps them learn that night time is sleep-time. By twelve weeks, they have learned basic potty pad training. Each puppy is loved on daily and enjoys individual lap time. A puppy goes to its new home with a satin collar and lead, vaccination record, an instruction pamphlet, a 'tips' handout, and a one year health guarantee. I greatly enjoy remaining as a mentor for new mommies and daddies for the life of their new companion.
